Bayside Overview
Bayside was settled in the 17th century, after Flushing was established. Bayside's name comes from the location of this area, in reference to Little Neck Bay. Bayside's schools are among the best in New York City.  Bayside is also known for its waterside dining, as well as its night-time entertainment in establishments along the shore line of Little Neck Bay. Bayside's main shopping and commercial district is located along Northern Blvd and Bells Blvd.

Bayside Residents & Culture
Bayside is made up of young professionals who commute to NYC, as well as some small to medium sized families. Bayside has an international influence, with immigrants settling from all parts of the world, to begin a new life.

Bayside Residences & Rents
