Bay Terrace Overview
Bay Terrace is home to a assortment of housing structures, and large shopping centers.  Bay Terrace gets it named after one of the housing complexes which was constructed in about 1953-54.  Bay Terrace is located in the northern section of Queens and is adjacent to Bayside.  Like Bayside, Bay Terrace has pristine setting and views of the Long Island Sound.  Comminuting to Manhattan can become somewhat tedious via public transportation from Bay Terrace.

Bay Terrace Residents & Culture
Bay Terrace was home to suburban families and has the small town feel.  Today, Bay Terrace is home to many immigrants making their first start in the big city.

Bay Terrace Residences & Rents
Bay Terrace consist of high rise buildings, single and multi family homes.  General rents in the area include studio from $700-$950, one bedroom from $950-$1250, and two bedrooms from $1250-$1650.

Bay Terrace Transportation & Commuting
Most commuting via Long Island Railroad can be caught in Bayside which is a short drive away.  One can also commute via the Express bus barring any traffic delays it should have in Midtown in 60 minutes.
