Cosy bedroom with walk in closet, furnished with antique walnut furniture.  Possible attached bath is being built. Belmonts unbeatable ambience is highly desirable. Even our former governor lives here! Also, Belmonts WATER is GREAT! I used to buy bottled water all the time. There is no need to in Belmont. Take the taste test. Commuters, you actually do NOT need a car as it is two tenths of a mile walk from 3 public transportation alternatives: (1) TRAIN 10 minutes into North Station, Boston; (2) Bus #73 (frequent) 15 to 20 minutes to Harvard Square, Cambridge (ends directly underground at the redline subway ); (3) Bus #554 direct to Boston. Also, bus to Bentley College. Free FIOS Internet, TV, off street parking, use of two washer/drier combos with 24 hour access. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor stainless steel grill. Two terraces overlooking park. Grand piano. Luxury furnishings. Would consider removing furnishing from bedroom with a full year lease.
