Hi, 
I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home and I need a roommate. Its a cozy home (1200 sq feet) with access to mountain trails and close to the 51 freeway. I currently work 7:30-4:30 M-F. 
I am just looking for a drama free, professional person. I am a  people. I am not at home all of the time, I go to the gym and hang out with friends a lot. There is a big community pool here too. I do get free internet as well so we would just need to split, Water, APS and Direct TV, covered parking (double car port). 
I have a do have few requirements: 
I would like at least a 6 month lease signed (month to month would be fine as well). 
Keep common areas clean (I am not a clean freak but just respectable). 
Rent would be due the first of the month. 
You would be responsible for buying your own food and personal items (I know this sounds silly to state but I have had my problems in the past with that issue). 
I am really easy going and just want a peaceful, respectful roommate :)
