Hi , 

I am a third year BU undergraduate  looking for somebody to sublet my apartment when I leave for study abroad next semester. Available from 12th december-31st may. It is a large, spacious and well kept place. It will be fully furnished! Leather couches with recliners, 40 inch television, queen size bed, dining table This apartment is most suitable for those who would like to live in an upscale area near the the university. 

My room mate is Male and is very friendly. He is very easy to get along with and very friendly.

My building is a Luxury building, conveniently located on the Green Line at Packards Corner next to the new Allston Super Star Market. Large units, maintenance on site, 24 hour security, indoor and outdoor pools available. All units have dishwasher & disposal, wall-to-wall carpeting, self-cleaning ovens, and frost-free refrigerators. On-site laundry. On-site health and fitness center (membership is extra.). 
No Pets.
