Because I am still a resident within this house until July/August, I would prefer to do this anonymously for now.Landlord was uncooperative and not easy to approach. The rental property was not clean or pleasant. Other roommates whom I was staying with also had unpleasant experiences.He is not communicative. I hope others fare better in the future.| 8/8/2012 |  |
Furnished apartment in great, central location (5 minute walk from Stanton Park, 10 minute walk from Union station, 15 from Eastern Market, 15 from Library of Congress, less than 10 minute walk from Mass Ave restaurants). Also, landlord was always helpful.
