"Trusted" landlords have passed verifications for telephone validation, rental location, personal location, identification and proprietary screening filters. Trusted landlords are considered to be a valid landlords. However, simple safe renting tips should always be followed.

What TRUSTED does NOT mean
"Trusted" does NOT mean that a rental will be in perfect condition. The "Trusted" screening process does not evaluate rental quality.

What if landlord is "not rated"
"Not Rated" landlords have passed proprietary screening filters, but have not been personally verified by a quality control representative. If you have questions about a landlord, click trusted request to email the landlord a request to become trusted or contact us to manually verify the landlord.
